Crossfit

CrossFit is promoted as both a physical exercise & a competitive fitness sport, is more of a mind game, incorporated elements from high-intensity interval training such as ladder, step up, kettelbell, rope, punching bag, skipping, cone exercise, strap belt training, overhead ladder crawling, without weight exercise.

CrossFit is certainly a great way to stay fit and get some variety for those who already have a solid aerobic and strength base. We must note, however, that it is always most important to listen to one’s own body and it’s limits.

The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. CrossFit workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.
